• As a Team Leader, you will lead and support your allocated team to deliver quality work safely, efficiently, and in line with production schedules. RESPONSIBILITIES • Promote a safe working environment • BMS Compliance (Policies, Procedures, SOI’s RAMS and COSHH etc). • Safety Culture and Safe Systems of Work • Factory Environment • Housekeeping Levels • Risk Identification and STOP WORK (5x5) • Lead allocated teams in the delivery of works. • Drive works through the factory. • Maintains the standards of workmanship (quality). • Is responsible for maintaining traceability for all materials and associated paperwork (WIP and Quality Records). • Daily report on progress of works complete. • Ensure fully utilised and productive staff at all times. • Ensure that all Environmental and waste management controls are followed by your team. • Identify and report to Area Manager / Production Support Team on any HSE incidents or issues causing non-value added effort from the team. QUALIFICATIONS Essential • Ability to understand, evaluate and apply technical information. • Sound judgement and the ability to make decisions under tight production deadlines. • Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise work effectively. • Ability to work within and continuously improve business processes. • Ability to share information, remove roadblocks and support team performance. • Strong customer focus, with the ability to balance internal and external customer needs.
