The talent pool is free to use. Every candidate has chosen to be visible to employers, and their profiles stay anonymised until they accept your contact request. Contact requests are limited so candidates aren't flooded with messages.

1. Sign up with a work email. We don't accept webmail addresses like Gmail, Outlook, Yahoo or iCloud.
2. Tell us which roles and locations you're hiring for, and whether you can sponsor visas.
3. Search a talent pool already filtered to your choices.

If you can't sponsor visas, you'll only see candidates who already have the right to work in the UK.
