Job Description Our Engineering Graduate Programme is specifically designed to develop talent within Engineering, to grow our internal knowledge base and create the future leaders of McLaren Racing. You will be rotating around different areas of the Engineering side of the team as part of the 2-year programme, exposing you to areas including Aerodynamics, Design, Racing and Performance. This role will include race weekend support across the season. Qualifications The following attributes are required for this role: A degree in Engineering, Mathematics or the Sciences with a minimum of a 2:1 (or equivalent). General computing skills and software knowledge appropriate to placement areas. e.g. a prior knowledge of CAD packages is useful for a design placement. Practical mindedness and a passion for motorsport. Previous experience in motorsport is desirable, but not required. As a Graduate Engineer, you’ll need to have fantastic communication skills, be a team player and be confident in presenting, reporting and managing your own work and the expectations of your stakeholders.
