YOUR ROLE
We're looking for an Electrical Engineering Lead to provide technical leadership
across site electrification and heat pump integration projects. You'll be
responsible for the design and delivery of HV and LV electrical infrastructure,
ensuring safe, compliant, and efficient solutions that support decarbonisation
and energy transformation programmes.
• Lead HV and LV electrical design and technical reviews.
• Define transformer, switchgear, and electrical infrastructure requirements.
• Manage DNO interfaces and electrical approvals.
• Ensure compliance with relevant standards and project requirements.
YOUR PROFILE
You'll be a qualified Electrical Engineer with experience delivering electrical
infrastructure projects within industrial or manufacturing environments. You'll
bring strong knowledge of HV and LV power distribution systems, along with the
technical expertise and leadership skills to support complex electrification and
decarbonisation programmes. Chartered status is desirable.
• Experience in HV and LV electrical systems and industrial power distribution.
• Background working within manufacturing or industrial environments.
• Degree qualified in Electrical Engineering, with Chartered Engineer (CEng)
status desirable.
• Strong technical, stakeholder management, and project delivery skills.
