We are looking for a highly organised and proactive Administrator to join our team and provide essential administrative support across the business. This is a varied role that will suit someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple priorities, and ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of operations.
Key Responsibilities
Provide comprehensive administrative support to managers and teams across the business.
Maintain accurate records, databases, spreadsheets and filing systems.
Prepare correspondence, reports, presentations and other business documents.
Manage incoming calls, emails and enquiries, ensuring prompt and professional responses.
Schedule meetings, appointments and calendar bookings.
Process documentation, forms and business records accurately and within deadlines.
Support the preparation and distribution of internal communications.
Assist with data entry, reporting and management information requirements.
Liaise with internal departments, suppliers and customers as required.
Support continuous improvement of administrative processes and procedures.
Ensure compliance with company policies, GDPR requirements and confidentiality standards.
Required skills & experience
Previous experience in an administrative, office support or coordination role.
Strong organisational and time management skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectively.
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Word, Excel and Teams.
Strong customer service and stakeholder management skills.
