Job Description
We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Restructuring Administrator to join our team in London, United Kingdom. In this role, you will play a crucial part in managing and coordinating various aspects of corporate restructuring processes, ensuring smooth execution and compliance with legal and financial requirements.
Assist in the development and implementation of restructuring plans for distressed companies
Coordinate with legal teams, financial advisors, and other stakeholders throughout the restructuring process
Prepare and maintain accurate financial records, reports, and documentation related to restructuring cases
Manage the claims process, including reviewing and analyzing creditor claims
Organize and attend creditor meetings, taking minutes and following up on action items
Monitor cash flow and prepare financial projections for restructuring cases
Liaise with clients, creditors, and other parties involved in the restructuring process
Ensure compliance with relevant insolvency laws, regulations, and court procedures
Assist in the preparation of court documents and filings
Support senior team members in complex restructuring cases and special projects
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or related field
Experience or a very strong interest in restructuring, insolvency, or related field
Strong organizational skills and excellent attention to detail
Proficiency in financial software and advanced spreadsheet skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines
Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving abilities
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team setting
