In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:
• Lead overall factory performance, including output, quality, delivery, and
operational efficiency
• Provide leadership, coaching, and development to Value Stream Managers and
their teams
• Align manufacturing execution with supply chain priorities and customer
commitments
• Ensure consistent and effective production planning, sequencing, and
execution across value streams
• Promote a culture of continuous improvement using lean methodologies and
structured problem-solving
• Drive improvements in equipment reliability, uptime, and manufacturing
processes
• Collaborate cross-functionally with supply chain, engineering, and commercial
teams
• Support effective inventory and workflow management to optimise throughput
and reduce delays
• Create an environment of accountability, transparency, and proactive
communication
• Champion employee engagement, development, and inclusive team practices

For This Role,
You Will Need:
• Minimum 10 years experience leading manufacturing or operations teams in a
production environment
• Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, performance metrics, and
delivery commitments
• Proven ability to lead through others, including layered team structures
• Demonstrated problem-solving skills with a focus on sustainable improvement
• Ability to collaborate across functions and manage competing priorities
effectively
• Familiarity with continuous improvement approaches such as lean or similar
methodologies
Preferred Qualifications That Set You Apart:
• Experience managing complex manufacturing operations or technical product
environments
• Knowledge of ERP systems such as Oracle or JD Edwards
• Experience with structured continuous improvement approaches (e.g., TPM, 5S,
or equivalent)
• Understanding of safety, quality, and operational performance frameworks
• Background in engineering, operations, or supply chain disciplines
