Starting your journey, you will receive structured training to initially qualify as a member of the Association of Accounting Technicians. You will then have the opportunity to go on and qualify as an ICAEW Chartered Accountant or an equivalent qualification in Tax. All this will be combined with hands-on experience with real clients. We don’t just help you pass exams; we guide you to grow in a way that aligns with your individual goals, ensuring that your journey with us is as unique as you are.

• Curious and enquiring school leavers who have achieved 2 A-levels at grade C or above (or an equivalent Level 3 qualification) and 5 GCSEs (grade 4 or above) including Maths and English

• From the start you will work on client-based projects, initially as a closely supported trainee assistant
• Audit and advisory focused roles will be undertaken predominantly at a client’s premises, where you will see what they do and how they do it
• Accounts and tax focused roles will be more office based but with regular client interaction
• You will learn how to use a range of software and technology platforms to analyse, process and test data
• Working as part of team made up of likeminded people with a strong cohort of people like you
• Pursuing a path to qualification supported by structured teaching and practical experience. Once you have attained this the opportunities are almost limitless
