Job Description We are looking for a Store Supervisor to join the Frontier team, based at Ruddington on a permanent, full-time basis. You will be required to supervise the day-to-day activities of the Crop Protection Store; assisting in the delivery of high standards of safety, quality and operations whilst being a part of a team that operates with integrity and accountability while delivering the highest standard of customer service. Cycle to Work Scheme, employee retail discount scheme and free eye test vouchers About You Excellent communications skills with the ability to build effective working relationships both internally and externally at all levels with key customers & local authorities Able to work under pressure and to deadlines whilst maintaining Frontier’s ICE values Adapts quickly and successfully to accommodate changing business and customer needs, whilst providing a responsive customer focussed service Works to accommodate the seasonal nature of Frontier’s business Adopts a customer focussed mindset while ensuring that compliance is maintained at all times and, where relevant, all internal procedures are always adhered to The ability to work collaboratively with others and to work without supervision Experience of stock and warehouse management systems A full UK driving license ADR & BASIS desirable (can be provided for the right candidate) IOSH desirable (can be provided for the right candidate) Your Role As a Store Supervisor your role will involve: Planning and delivering a range of agricultural products to farm (manual handling will be required) Working with drivers to plan delivery routes Communicating regularly with stakeholders to ensure delivery Maintaining high standards of customer service whilst being the face of the company A strong focus on Health and Safety including responsibility for daily & weekly checks Assisting in all site operational areas outside of peak times Carrying out weekly and quarterly stock takes ensuring any discrepancies are investigated and resolved in an efficient manner Communicating with other stakeholders across the business in order to maintain stock levels and deliver complete customer satisfaction Contributing to continuous improvement initiatives across the team We encourage candidates to submit their applications as early as possible and not to wait until the published closing date as applications will be reviewed and interviews may be booked in before that date.
