Job Description We are seeking an enthusiastic and results-driven Relationship Manager to join our team in the London Borough of Lewisham. In this pivotal role, you will establish, develop and maximise employer relationships whilst ensuring that suitable vacancies are sourced and filled by our participants across the region. You will be the key point of contact for our employer clients, driving business growth through strategic relationship management and innovative solutions. • Build and maintain strong, collaborative relationships with employers and internal stakeholders, demonstrating empathy and transparency in all interactions • Identify, pursue and convert new employer opportunities, whilst nurturing existing accounts to maximise revenue and contract value Analyse employer needs and develop tailored solutions that align with our service offerings, showcasing analytical and problem-solving capabilities • Manage a portfolio of employer accounts, ensuring consistent communication and regular account reviews to support their evolving requirements Source suitable vacancies and match them with appropriate participants, maintaining meticulous records and reporting on placement outcomes • Meet and exceed agreed targets and KPIs, demonstrating resilience and a goal-oriented approach to performance management • Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals to prospective and existing employers, assertively communicating value propositions Collaborate with internal teams including recruitment, operations and management to ensure seamless service delivery and participant placement success • Conduct regular market analysis and competitor research to identify emerging opportunities and inform strategic account planning • Maintain organised and efficient account records, utilising CRM systems to track interactions, opportunities and outcomes • Support the development of innovative approaches to employer engagement and service delivery Qualifications ** Required Skills and Experience:** • Proven ability to build and maintain strong relationships with both internal and external stakeholders • Demonstrated experience working in a sales or target-driven environment, with a track record of meeting and exceeding objectives • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex information clearly and persuasively Excellent organisational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities simultaneously • Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office applications • Proven negotiation and problem-solving abilities • Experience in account management, business development or a similar client-facing role • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights ** Desirable Skills and Experience:** • Knowledge of the recruitment, employment or skills development sector • Experience working within a target-driven recruitment or staffing environment • Familiarity with vacancy management systems or recruitment platforms • Understanding of local labour market dynamics and employer engagement strategies • Experience delivering training or induction programmes to clients **Personal Qualities:** • Professional, friendly and collaborative approach to working with colleagues and clients • Resilient and adaptable, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment • Transparent and ethical in all business dealings • Innovative thinker, keen to develop new approaches and solutions Supportive and empathetic in understanding client needs and challenges • Decisive and assertive when required, with strong leadership potential Additional Information At Ingeus, we’ve spent time listening to our employees to build our benefits package; 25 days of annual leave plus bank holidays, with the option to trade for additional leave.
