Project Management Specialist II The Project Management Specialist II is responsible for leading and delivering manufacturing projects from initiation through completion. This role manages project scope, schedule, budget, resources, risks, and stakeholder expectations while ensuring compliance with quality, safety, and customer requirements. The Project Manager coordinates cross-functional teams including Engineering, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Quality, and Finance to achieve successful project outcomes.   You’ll work out of our Eastbourne, East Sussex, United Kingdom with 15% Business Travel Global.   RESPONSIBILITIES • Project Leadership- Lead manufacturing projects from concept through final delivery. Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, and milestones. Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, and success criteria. Ensure projects are completed safely, on time, within budget, and to quality standards. • Cross-Functional Coordination- Coordinate activities between Engineering, Manufacturing, Procurement, Quality, Planning, and Logistics. Facilitate project review meetings and drive actions to closure. Ensure effective communication across all project stakeholders. Resolve conflicts and remove barriers to project execution. • Customer & Stakeholder Management- Act as the primary point of contact for customers regarding project execution. Manage customer expectations and communicate project progress. Prepare and present status reports to management and customers. Escalate issues and risks appropriately. • Schedule & Cost Management- Develop and maintain integrated project schedules. Monitor project costs, forecasts, and budget performance. Identify schedule risks and implement recovery plans where required. Track project performance against key metrics and milestones. • Risk & Change Management- Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks. Lead risk review meetings and maintain risk registers. Manage scope changes through formal change control processes. Ensure lessons learned are captured and implemented. • Manufacturing & Operational Support- Coordinate manufacturing readiness activities. Ensure production plans align with project objectives. Drive continuous improvement initiatives within project execution. • Quality, Safety & Compliance- Ensure compliance with company policies, customer requirements, and regulatory standards. Promote a strong safety culture throughout project activities. Support audits, inspections, and quality improvement activities.   QUALIFICATIONS • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Operations Management, Business, or a related discipline is preferred * 5+ years of project management experience in a manufacturing, engineering, industrial, or process environment. • Experience managing cross-functional teams and customer-facing projects. • Experience with capital equipment, production systems, or industrial manufacturing preferred.   WE VALUE • PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent project management certification preferred     ABOUT HONEYWELL Honeywell International Inc.
