Business Travel Consultant (BTC)

The Business Travel Consultant is part of the Operations team and reports to a Team Leader. The role is responsible for managing travel requests from corporate clients across the UK and Ireland, delivering expert advice, excellent customer service, and ensuring travel arrangements are booked accurately and within agreed service levels. • Act as a primary point of contact for corporate travel clients. • Provide expert travel advice throughout the reservation process • Ensure all quotations and bookings are accurate and meet client requirements. • Meet agreed service level timelines and response requirements. • Maintain strong knowledge of Identity Travel products and supplier offerings. • Deliver exceptional customer service before, during and after travel • Promote the full range of travel services including air, hotel, rail, car hire and ancillary products.
