Senior Occupational Therapist – Community

Liquid Personnel is recruiting a Senior Occupational Therapist to join a community adult service in Wolverhampton. This is an equipment and adaptations-focused role, assessing individuals and recommending solutions to support independence, safety and quality of life. What will your responsibilities be? Complete community OT assessments. Assess and recommend standard and specialist equipment, including seating. Assess for minor and major adaptations. Make recommendations for Disabled Facilities Grants (DFGs). Recommend major adaptations including stairlifts, level-access showers, vertical lifts and ramps. Work with individuals, families and partner agencies to achieve positive outcomes. Maintain accurate records and provide professional recommendations. Qualifications & Experience: HCPC registered Occupational Therapist. Experience working with adults in a community setting. Strong equipment and adaptations experience.
