WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING As Platform Manager, you'll own the vision, strategy, and lifecycle of key product platforms, ensuring they deliver outstanding customer value while supporting business growth and operational excellence. ESSENTIAL EXPERIENCE • Significant experience in Product Management, Platform Ownership, or Product Leadership within a complex engineering or technology environment • Proven track record of managing shared technology platforms, systems, or products supporting multiple customer solutions • Strong understanding of product lifecycle management, roadmap ownership, and value-based prioritisation • Experience working closely with engineering teams in agile, matrix, or hybrid operating environments • Commercially astute with the ability to evaluate investment opportunities and build compelling business cases • Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills, including engagement with senior leaders • Data-driven approach to decision-making and performance management DESIRABLE EXPERIENCE • Knowledge of semiconductor manufacturing and fabrication environments • Understanding of plasma etch and deposition technologies and their role within semiconductor fabrication processes • Awareness of industry standards and equipment performance metrics QUALIFICATIONS • Preferred: Degree in Science, Engineering, Technology, or a related discipline. • Desirable: Postgraduate qualification or professional accreditation in Product Management, Engineering, or a related field.
