What are we looking for from you? Engagement Skills: Ability to engage learners and support their ambitions. To bring fresh ideas and creativity to the classroom and outside it. Academic Background: Degree in a Relevant Teaching Subject, equivalent for SEN (desirable) Core Teaching Qualifications: Teaching Qualification in (QTS/QTLS) or be willing to work towards it. Specialist Teaching Qualification (Desirable Experience: Have worked in a school environment. Particularly, experience in secondary school would be an added advantage.
