Job Description Position Overview We're looking for an experienced and dedicated Waiters/Waitresses to join our team and play a key role in creating a wonderful dining experience for our guests. Key Responsibilities: Exceptional Service: Provide attentive and personalised service to ensure a flawless dining experience to our guests. Menu Knowledge: Know our menu well, including ingredients and cooking techniques, to help guests with their choices. Presentation: Serve dishes with style, pour wine accurately, and create memorable dining moments. Teamwork: Work well with your colleagues to ensure a smooth service. Upselling: Recommend featured items, drinks, and wine pairings to enhance guests' experiences. Stay Cool: Handle high-pressure situations calmly, professionally and refer them to the line manager, if necessary. Qualifications Experience in a fine dining or upscale restaurant. Excellent communication skills. Passion for food, wine, and hospitality. Flexibility to work evenings/weekends/holidays. Impeccable grooming and presentation standards.
