business and employee needs.
• Build trusted relationships with senior leaders and key stakeholders,
providing expert communications counsel, challenge and support on business
priorities, change initiatives and employee engagement.
• Lead the planning and delivery of high-profile, complex and sensitive
communications, ensuring appropriate positioning, stakeholder alignment and
effective execution.
• Identify emerging issues, risks and opportunities, providing communications
recommendations and practical solutions to support business outcomes.
• Work with our global Marketing & Communications teams to optimise internal
communication channels, tools and content, ensuring they are fit for purpose
and support organisational objectives.
• Actively contribute to our global One Marcom team, partnering with colleagues
across regional, global and shared Marketing & Communications functions to
share best practice, align activity and deliver effective employee
communications.

create clear, engaging content that resonates with diverse audiences.
• Experience operating in fast-paced, evolving environments, managing multiple
priorities and delivering high-quality outcomes through collaboration and
influence.
