Job Description We are looking for a Senior Analytics Manager to join the Pricing Analytics team at Wise. This role offers an opportunity to have a direct and measurable impact on Wise’s mission — money without borders. Built by and for people who live global lives. What you'll be doing Your principal responsibility will be to make an impact and lead us to better decisions for the company and our customers Leading a team of analysts who will be responsible for curating datasets, surfacing metrics, some statistical modelling, and deeper dive analysis that we expect to influence the direction of the team and the company You'll be responsible for managing the Pricing Model, balancing the requirements of various stakeholders including Finance and Product, to ensure the company can deliver competitive and sustainable prices The team you’re applying for will be focussed on the following: Own and improve the pricing model, partnering with commercial and cost owners to drive strategic pricing decisions, to maintain low, fair fees for customers. Analyze and explain underlying unit economics and profitability drivers across customer cohorts. Build, optimize, and maintain scalable data models and pipelines to accurately allocate costs to products and transactions. Lead investigations into complex cost data to improve upstream data quality and allocation methodologies. Serve as the primary conduit between the analytics team and product teams, translating business needs into actionable data insights and influencing strategic prioritization. What you'll bring 5-7 years experience as an analyst and 2-5 years leading others (can be overlapping) Experience working in a financial company Strong analytical ability Extensive experience using SQL to build and maintain complex data sources, and leveraging visualisation tools to surface critical insights Understanding of stats and statistical modelling (measures of central tendency, understanding of variance and testing) Demonstration of impact/going above and beyond basic role requirements Ability to self organise and manage stakeholders Nice to have but not essential DBT experience Experience working in a Pricing function Additional Information Some of our benefits: 💰Base salary of £105,000 - £150,000 🚀RSU's in a growing and public company 🏥 Private Medical Insurance + Life Insurance 🏋️ Discounted gym memberships and cycle to work scheme 🏝️ A paid 6-week sabbatical leave after four years 👶 26 weeks maternity leave at full pay 💪 An annual self-development budget 🐶 Pet friendly offices 🏃‍♀️ Lots of fun group activities like yoga, running and boardgame nights Find out more about our benefits in our London office.
