The ideal candidate will have experience in designing, developing, and implementing ServiceNow solutions to improve business processes and improve user experiences. In this role you will work closely with our technology teams as well as our Automation Development team. YOUR ROLE As an integral part of our ServiceNow team, you’ll have fantastic opportunities to develop both yourself and our collective. As part of the team, you’ll be empowered to: • Design, develop and maintain ServiceNow applications and modules, with a particular focus on Virtual Agent and RPA flows • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions. • Implement and configure ServiceNow Virtual Agent to automate and streamline the customer experience • Integrate RPA tools with ServiceNow for automating repetitive tasks and optimizing workflow efficiency. • Optimize ServiceNow platform performance and ensure high availability by monitoring, analysing, and resolving performance issues.
