• Partner with business owners and relevant governance functions to support
effective oversight of key service providers, including performance, risk,
issue management, reporting, and escalation.
• Provide senior-level oversight of the Enterprise Services risk and control
governance framework, ensuring that standards, procedures, and accountability
mechanisms are consistently applied, appropriately evidenced, and aligned
with corporate, regulatory, and risk appetite expectations.
• Direct audit governance activities affecting Enterprise Services, including

• Define and deliver an executive reporting strategy for Enterprise Services
organizational health, using clear metrics, thresholds, trends, and
forward-looking insights to focus leadership attention, enable informed
dialogue, and align stakeholders on operational activity and resilience,
issue remediation, control effectiveness, risk exposure, and strategic
priorities requiring senior management sponsorship.
• Lead the transformation of processes, automation, and data quality to
strengthen governance discipline, improve the timeliness and reliability of
management information, and increase transparency and efficiency across

governance frameworks, with the ability to translate strategy into clear
standards, decision rights, oversight routines, and measurable
accountability.
• Deep expertise in audit governance, operational risk, and controls, with the
judgment and credibility to assess complex issues, constructively challenge
remediation plans, and influence sustainable risk reduction.
• Executive presence and exceptional communication skills, with the ability to
establish credibility, adapt messages for different audiences, navigate
competing perspectives, and influence senior stakeholders toward aligned
decisions and action.
• Advanced analytical capability, including the ability to define
