We’re looking for a Waking Night Care Professional (part time or full time) to join our brilliant team in Maidenhead and Windsor, providing overnight care to people in their own homes. You’d make a genuine difference to our clients’ lives - helping them stay safe, comfortable and independent at home through the night. We offer flexible contracts and real career progression, including funded diplomas. No experience required - we provide full paid training and detailed support from day one. What Will You Do? • Stay awake and alert through the night, ready to provide care and support whenever it’s needed • Support with personal care and continence care (if required) • Assist with mobility, repositioning and safe transfers (if required) • Monitor medication schedules and support clients with medication (if required) • Offer reassurance and companionship to clients who are unsettled at night • Keep accurate and up-to-date records of the care provided Who Are You? • A caring individual with a strong work ethic and genuine compassion • An excellent communicator with great people skills • Reliable, alert and comfortable working through the night • Professional, respectful and trustworthy in all situations • Physically able to support clients with personal care tasks • A driver with a valid licence and access to a vehicle for work • Happy to undertake a right to work check and DBS check (fully paid by us) What Do We Offer? • Flexible hours - full time or part time • Competitive pay - £121.50 per night • Paid DBS, holiday pay and fully paid training • Supportive, professional management that trusts your common sense • Ongoing personal and professional development with funded diplomas • Genuine career progression • Long-stay bonus and referral bonus scheme • Paid volunteer days • Employee discounts including Blue Light Card Want a role where you’ll genuinely matter to the people you support - and a company that genuinely invests in you?
