Serving authentic cuisine with warm hospitality, Mercante offers a welcoming dining experience where great food, genuine service and memorable guest moments come together. Your day to day • Deliver exceptional food and beverage service to ensure a memorable guest experience. • Take food and beverage orders and confidently advise guests on menu selections. • Communicate dietary requirements, allergies and special requests to the kitchen team. • Serve food and beverages in line with Marriott standards and outlet procedures. • Process guest orders and payments accurately using the MICROS system. • Maintain excellent standards of cleanliness, organisation and presentation throughout the restaurant. • Support opening, closing and daily operational duties. • Work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure seamless service delivery. Supporting all F&B outlets As part of our wider Food & Beverage team, you may also have opportunities to support other outlets and events across the hotel, broadening your experience within a luxury hospitality environment.
