Job Description Kanadevia Inova is hiring a proactive HR Assistant / People & Culture Assistant to join our People & Culture team in Farnborough, Hampshire. You’ll support day-to-day HR operations including payroll, acting as the first point of contact for employees and managers and wider HR initiatives. *Smart working including working 3 days in our Farnborough, Hampshire office and 2 days working from home. **Applicants must already have the legal right to work in the UK. Key Responsibilities Provide advice and guidance on HR and personnel matters, ensuring consistent interpretation and implementation of policies. Provide HR and UK & Ireland payroll administrative support to ensure accurate and timely processing. Draft and issue HR-related correspondence, such as contracts, letters, and compliance documentation. Maintain accurate employee records, including starters, leavers, payroll data, work history, and disciplinary documentation. Assist with HR services including training, travel, compliance, and administration, while supporting wider HR initiatives. Qualifications HR experience with knowledge of UK employment law. UK payroll experience required. Ireland payroll experience highly desirable. Strong MS Office skills (Excel, Word, Outlook). Organised, detail-focused, and solution-oriented. Confident communicator with great interpersonal skills. Additional Information Annual salary review & bonus scheme.
