What you’ll do

and Service platforms.
• Work with business and technical stakeholders to prioritise initiatives,

• Lead the delivery of product and project activity across design, build, test,

• Own and manage product backlogs, EPICs, user stories and planning activity to
support effective delivery.
• Establish and maintain standards, policies and governance for the use and
development of SAP Sales and Service solutions.
• Ensure services operate effectively against agreed service levels,
performance expectations and cost targets.
• Manage third-party vendors and partners to ensure strong performance and
value for money.
• Support service introduction, adoption and ongoing optimisation across the
organisation.
• Provide leadership across teams and the wider supply chain, fostering
collaboration, accountability and continuous improvement.
What you’ll need
• Strong experience in product ownership, product management or a similar role
within enterprise technology environments.
• Knowledge of SAP Sales and Service platforms and the ability to work
effectively with technical specialists and business stakeholders.
• Experience defining product strategy, roadmaps and priorities in line with
business needs.
• Good understanding of delivery frameworks and practices such as ITIL, SAFe
and DevSecOps.
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities, stakeholders and deadlines in a
complex environment.
• Strong communication, facilitation, presentation and stakeholder management
skills.
• Experience working in customer- or user-facing environments, with the ability
to translate technical detail into business value.
