process flows across multiple platforms
• Drive in-life system improvements, BAU changes and enhancements based on
business priorities
• Work closely with stakeholders across GTS, GIS and wider business teams to
define and deliver solutions
• Translate complex technical issues into clear, accessible communication for
non-technical stakeholders
• Contribute to major projects impacting logistics, systems integration and
customer delivery programmes
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives and support innovation across systems
and processes
What you’ll need
• Strong technical understanding of systems and tools, with experience in
environments such as SAP (WM, SD, MM) or similar platforms
• Proven experience (typically 3+ years) in a systems, SME, or technical change
role
• Excellent stakeholder management skills with the ability to work across
multiple business areas
• Strong problem-solving capability, with the ability to diagnose and resolve
complex system and process issues
• Ability to handle multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced
environment
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex technical
topics for a wider audience
• Understanding of logistics, sales and purchasing process dependencies
Desirable:
• Experience with Computacenter systems, tools and processes
• Exposure to project environments or change delivery
• Awareness of platforms such as Salesforce, SAP & GWM (LTS systems)
• European language skills (French or German)
• Commitment to travel occasionally within Europe
