You’ll need to have: Significant leadership experience across enterprise data engineering, data platforms, BI, analytics, or related disciplines in a complex, global organisation. Strong knowledge of the Microsoft data and analytics ecosystem, including Azure data services, SQL, Power BI, and modern engineering practices. Experience with AI, machine learning, IoT, and Oracle environments is advantageous. Demonstrable experience establishing engineering standards, DevSecOps practices, automated testing, monitoring, data quality controls, and reliable production support. Experience managing blended onshore, nearshore, offshore, and supplier teams, with clear accountability for outcomes and service performance. Ability to translate business needs into practical technical solutions, challenge complexity, prioritise investment, and communicate effectively with senior stakeholders. Experience working with enterprise platforms such as ERP, HR, CRM, finance, and project delivery systems. Construction, consulting, or professional services experience is beneficial.
