Partner closely with operational leaders to deliver against critical hiring requirements

Job Description
Experience managing high volume recruitment, ideally within an in house Talent Acquisition environment
Confidence managing multiple vacancies, campaigns and priorities at pace
Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to provide practical recruitment advice and challenge where needed
Experience building candidate pipelines and using innovative attraction and sourcing channels
Confidence using recruitment data to understand performance and identify where action is needed
Experience using an applicant tracking system and maintaining accurate recruitment records
Strong organisation and communication skills, with a genuine focus on candidate experience
