This is an opportunity to operate as a Multi-Store Audiologist, supporting a group of established clinics across the region. You’ll play a key role in maintaining clinical excellence, supporting performance, and ensuring continuity of care- backed by the scale, stability, and investment of Boots Hearingcare and Sonova.

The multi-store environment
You’ll work across a number of our modern, well-equipped clinics, Abergavenny, Newport, Cardiff Queen Street, Cardiff Cyncoed, Bridgend and Merthyr, each supported by strong local teams and centralised admin.

The role
As a Multi-Store Hearing Aid Audiologist, you’ll:
Deliver high-quality, customer-centric hearing care across multiple clinics
Provide continuity and stability across the region
Take ownership of clinical standards and customer outcomes in each location
Act as a trusted clinical presence for both customers and store teams
Confidently recommend solutions from our full product portfolio
Work flexibly across the region, including some evenings or weekends where required
Travel between sites is a core part of the role and is fully supported.

What’s in it for you
Salary: Circa £40,000 DOE
Car allowance: £5,064 per annum

What we’re looking for
BSc in Audiology (or equivalent)
HCPC registration
2+ years’ post-qualification experience
Strong clinical audit results and CPD compliance
Commercial awareness with a customer-focused mindset
Excellent administrative and organisational skills
Full UK Drivers Licence and access to own Car.
