YOUR ROLE We're looking for a Survey & Site Manager to coordinate and manage all site-based surveys and investigations that support the development of major engineering and decarbonisation projects. You'll oversee survey activities from planning through to delivery, ensuring safe site access, effective contractor management, and high-quality outputs that provide the information needed for successful project design and execution. • Coordinate site access, permits, and survey activities. • Manage intrusive and non-intrusive surveys and specialist subcontractors. • Oversee survey schedules, quality, and project deliverables. • Liaise with operational teams and key stakeholders to support project delivery. YOUR PROFILE You'll have experience managing site surveys and investigations within industrial or manufacturing environments. Organised and detail-oriented, you'll be confident coordinating multiple stakeholders, managing survey activities, and ensuring accurate site information is captured to support engineering and construction projects. • Experience managing site surveys and engineering investigations. • Background in industrial or manufacturing environments. • Knowledge of utility surveys, site assessments, and data collection activities. • Strong coordination, planning, and stakeholder management skills.
