wide variety of legal work, develop relationships across different parts of the
business, and learn from experienced legal professionals who are committed to
supporting your growth. If you're looking to broaden your legal experience, take
ownership of meaningful work, and make a real impact in a purpose-led
organisation, this role offers plenty of opportunity to do just that.

• Support solicitors and other paralegals on larger projects and pieces of
work
• Assist with legal know-how and horizon scanning and create guidance
documents/training materials for colleagues and other teams in the Co-op
• Undertake legal research on a broad range of topics
• Get involved in Co-op community initiatives, events, and activities
What you’ll bring
We’re committed to making our roles as accessible as possible, so we only ask
for the minimum criteria. To thrive here, you’ll need to bring:
• A law degree or graduate diploma in law (at least 2:1 or commendation)
• The ability to demonstrate commercial awareness and understand a variety of
business requirements gained through employment and/or work experience
• Good relationship-building skills, with the ability to collaborate with
colleagues across the business
• Strong prioritisation and organisational skills
• A proactive approach with a passion for learning

you’ll also receive:
