Job Description £30,970 per annum (£14.18 per hour) 07:00–19:00 | 4 Days On, 4 Days Off, including weekends as the rota falls Permanent | Full-Time Overtime paid at time and a half Performance bonus earning potential of up to £1,200 extra per month At Culina Chilled and Fresh, we're looking for reliable, hardworking people to join our Warehouse team at Aylesford. You’ll receive a £30,970 annual salary (equivalent to £14.18 per hour based on 42 paid hours per week), with the opportunity to increase your earnings through overtime paid at time and a half and our performance-based Pick Bonus, with earning potential of up to an additional £1,200 per month for high performers. The role is based within our chilled warehouse, operating at approximately 3°C, so you'll need to be comfortable working in a temperature-controlled environment. What you'll be doing: You'll play a key role in keeping our customer orders moving safely, accurately and on time. Your day will include: Picking customer orders accurately within our chilled warehouse Operating a PPT ride-on pallet truck Building pallets safely and efficiently Checking that every order contains the correct products and quantities Moving palletised goods safely around the warehouse Working towards clear productivity and performance KPIs Maintaining excellent health and safety standards Keeping your working area clean, organised and safe Working together with your team to deliver for our customers Qualifications What we're looking for: You don't need to tick every box. What matters most is having the right attitude and being prepared to work hard as part of the team. Ideally, you'll have: Recent experience in a warehouse or similar fast-paced environment The confidence to work towards clear targets and KPIs PPT experience, although this is desirable rather than essential Good communication skills Good numerical accuracy A strong approach to safety and quality Reliability and a positive attitude The ability to work effectively in a chilled environment Most importantly, we're looking for people who turn up, work safely, support their team and take pride in delivering a great job.
