This exciting permanent role is an ideal opportunity to join a growing UK company. You will be given both on site training and college training to support your development within our business. The role is based in Coventry/Leicester. Your Contribution ( Job description) Responsibilities • Supporting engineers whilst learning diagnostic and repair skills • Completing pre-planned maintenance tasks • Adopting safe working practices in your job role • Developing good customer relationships • Working with a local team of engineers reporting into the Regional Manager   In this role, you will engage in a variety of activities, focused on growth, innovation, and driving dynamic value. Here are some key responsibilities: • Support our service division whilst learning both refrigeration and air conditioning service skills. • Actively embrace IT and AI growth within the industry • Complete on-site reports and update customer portals • Collaborate with various in-house teams including installation to gain a rounded knowledge of the industry. • Attending day release college to gain a City & Guilds or equivalent apprenticeship qualification   Your Journey (qualifications & skills) The ideal candidate will have an initiative-taking approach, adaptability, and a passion for engineering service and repair. Analytical skills, and a customer-focused mindset with effective communication abilities.
