Just moments from iconic landmarks, shops, and transport links, it’s ideally suited for both business and leisure stays.   Here's what you'll do during a typical day: • Work part-time hours: This position is offered on a 20-hour-per week contract • Maintain the cleanliness and presentation of public areas, ensuring the hotel is guest-ready at all times. • Support housekeeping with room servicing, linen requests and general cleaning duties. • Assist with room service requests and other hotel support tasks as required. • Welcome late-arriving guests and respond to guest enquiries in a friendly and professional manner. • Conduct regular security patrols and complete health & safety checks. • Ensure fire exits, emergency routes and access points are secure. • Report maintenance issues, incidents and any safety concerns. • Assist with luggage deliveries and storage when required. • Help prepare the hotel for the following day's operation.   What are we looking for? • A reliable and responsible individual who enjoys working independently. • A strong eye for detail and pride in maintaining high standards of cleanliness. • Good communication and customer service skills. • A positive attitude and willingness to learn, with full training provided. • Previous cleaning, housekeeping or hospitality experience would be beneficial but is not essential. • A team player who is happy to support different departments when required. • A commitment to safety, security and excellent guest service.
