We’re looking for an experienced Chef Manager to support the day-to-day running of our national catering operations team and help deliver outstanding food, service and team performance.
This is a great opportunity for someone who combines strong people skills with commercial awareness and a real passion for hospitality.
Job Description
What you’ll be doing
Supporting the daily running of various sites
Helping manage service standards, stock and team performance
Supporting financial controls and budget targets
Looking for opportunities to improve sales and customer satisfaction
Building strong relationships with clients, customers and colleagues
Supporting training, communication and team development
Helping bring BM concepts and innovation to life on site
Qualifications
What we’re looking for
Experience in hospitality or contract catering chef management
A confident and supportive leadership style
Commercial awareness and good organisational skills
A strong foodie focus
Passion for food, people and service
A positive, hands-on approach
