Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Senior Integration Business Analyst to support the delivery of enterprise-wide integration solutions across a complex application landscape. Acting as the bridge between business and technology teams, you will identify, analyse, document, and translate integration requirements into scalable, secure, and effective solutions that support our digital transformation agenda.
We are offering a hybrid working contract with 3 days per week in our Sysco Hemel Hempstead, or Ashford, Kent office. Flexibility will be required for travel around the Sysco offices across GB and occasional travel to EU may be required.
Working closely with business stakeholders, Enterprise Services, Solution Architects, Integration Architects, and delivery teams, you will ensure data, process, and system integration requirements are clearly defined, aligned to business objectives, and delivered in line with enterprise standards. Through effective analysis and stakeholder engagement, you will help improve operational efficiency, data quality, customer experience, and data-driven decision-making across the organisation.
You will work across a broad portfolio of projects involving ERP, CRM, Finance, HR, Supply Chain, Data & Analytics, and third-party platforms, partnering with both business and technical teams to gather requirements, support solution design, and help deliver successful integration outcomes.
The role requires strong stakeholder engagement skills, including facilitating workshops, interviews, and discovery sessions to understand business needs and validate functional and non-functional requirements. You will analyse business processes, system interactions, data flows, and integration dependencies, identifying opportunities to improve processes through automation and integration.
Working with architects and technical teams, you will define integration requirements, document interfaces, data mappings, and business rules, and provide the business context needed to support API and integration design activities. You will act as a trusted advisor between business and technology teams, helping to resolve competing priorities, communicate complex concepts clearly, and ensure stakeholders remain engaged throughout project delivery.
You will also support testing and implementation activities by defining acceptance criteria, participating in System Integration Testing (SIT) and User Acceptance Testing (UAT), validating solutions against requirements, supporting defect resolution, and helping drive successful deployment and business adoption.
To be successful in this role,
you will have extensive experience as a Business Analyst, Systems Analyst, or Integration Business Analyst, with a proven track record of gathering and documenting business and functional requirements and supporting integration initiatives across multiple enterprise systems.
You will have a strong understanding of end-to-end business processes, system integration, and enterprise application landscapes, along with experience working collaboratively with both business and technical stakeholders to deliver successful technology solutions.
A solid understanding of API-based integrations and enterprise integration concepts is essential, together with experience documenting system interfaces, data flows, and business rules. Knowledge of REST APIs, JSON, XML, web services, and integration or middleware platforms will be highly advantageous. Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills, combined with the ability to influence and build relationships across all levels of the organisation, will be key to success in this role.
