This role puts you at the centre of improving the day-to-day experience of cabin crew and pilots. The opportunity easyJet is digitalising the colleague experience through products that make work simpler, smarter and more connected. As Product Adoption Lead, you’ll join the cross-functional Connected & Optimised Flight Operations mission, deploying technology across our cabin crew and pilot communities. You’ll shape adoption from discovery through to scaled use, combining colleague insight, change expertise and measurable outcomes so teams introduce the right products at the right time and embed lasting ways of working. “The strongest adoption leads are curious about how people really work, confident with evidence and able to tell a clear story about what needs to change. You'll lead colleague research using qualitative and quantitative methods, bringing together feedback, analytics and operational data to identify needs, behaviours and barriers. You'll turn those insights into recommendations that shape product roadmaps and leadership decisions. You'll create practical change plans, impact assessments, engagement activity and adoption measures, then use the results to show value, demonstrate adoption and continuously improve what happens next.
