Your key responsibilities The Housekeeping Internship Programme at Brown's Hotel London will allow you to gain an overall understanding of how the Housekeeping Department is run and managed, while developing an appreciation of the importance of maintaining high standards and striving to go beyond our guests’ expectations. As a Housekeeping Intern, you will gain valuable hands-on experience across various aspects of the department, including guest room preparation, cleanliness and presentation standards, linen and uniform management, public area maintenance, inventory control, and coordination with other hotel departments. Throughout the 12-month programme, you will develop your organisational, communication, teamwork, and leadership skills while gaining a deeper understanding of the role Housekeeping plays in delivering an exceptional guest experience. During your internship, you will have a dedicated mentor who will guide and support you throughout the programme, helping you build your knowledge, confidence, and professional skills. You will also be assigned a project that will enable you to put your learning into practice and make a meaningful contribution to the Housekeeping Department.
