Responsibilities
Music Hire Coordinator
Casual Grade 2
Under instruction and following appropriate training:
Managing all bookings and rentals of Music techical equipment, including digital pianos and drum kits
Being present for all Music tech hires and returns.
Managing a booking calendar for hires.
Issuing invoices for non-Durham Student Music clients.
Working with the Music Graduate Intern and other members of the Performing Arts team to ensure facilitation of student music runs smoothly with respect to equipment
