Cover Supervisor We are seeking a Cover Supervisor to join our established cover team. The successful candidate will supervise whole classes during teacher absence, deliver lesson instructions as provided, maintain a positive learning environment, and ensure pupils remain engaged and on task. The ideal candidate will be a flexible and supportive team player, willing to assist colleagues as needed. You will be resilient, calm, and professional, with the ability to manage situations effectively under pressure.
