plus 6.05 weeks annual leave, which will increase after 5 years' continuous

The Weald Federation comprises of four Church of England village primary
schools, Frant, Mark Cross, Mayfield and Five Ashes. We are committed to

Five Ashes School currently has an Individual Needs Assistant vacancy based on a
fixed term. We are keen to hear from candidates who possess the following
qualities:
• Patient, calm and truly listen to and value children’s views.

• Demonstrate versatility and flexibility.
• Are able to maintain confidentiality.
• Are able to communicate effectively with children and colleagues.
• Preferably have experience of working with children with SEND.
