THE ROLE:   FGE NexantECA is seeking Senior Analysts for opportunities based in London, UK. The ideal candidate(s) will have 3-5 years of relevant industry and/or consulting experience in chemicals, low carbon molecules, energy or associated infrastructure.    The role will cover consulting activities addressing technology, economics, industry and market analysis across a broad range of chemicals, low carbon molecules, energy and associated infrastructure sectors.  Requirements Education & Qualifications: • Bachelor’s or master’s degree, preferably in Chemical Engineering, Chemistry or Materials Science. * 3-5 years' previous industry analysis/consulting, research or process industry experience. • Advanced skills in the use of Microsoft spread sheets, word processing and presentation applications. • Proficient in the use of databases. • Excellent presentation and report writing skills. • Excellent mathematical, analytical and problem-solving skills.   Personal Qualities & Knowledge; • Capable of developing and maintaining strong client relationships. • Positive and flexible attitude to work, particularly on new initiatives. • Diplomatic in meeting and working with people, good cultural awareness. • Understanding and commitment to equal opportunities. • Willingness to travel globally. Key Responsibilities • Participate in the delivery of consulting engagements and to exceed client's expectations, through research, analysis and report writing. • Conduct primary research to understand key industry issues and develop market balances and projections. • Manage research and analysis of industry data using spreadsheets. • Conduct research on process technology trends and develop economic models of capital and operating costs of industrial plants. • Meet internal quality, time, and budget constraints. • Work closely with clients, prepare and deliver presentations, and assist in building strong client relationships. • Develop and broaden personal knowledge and capabilities. • Assist and support team members in all aspects of engagement delivery.
