We are looking for a proactive and people-focused Packaging Team Leader to lead our packaging operations, ensuring products are delivered safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards. The Role: This role offers the opportunity to make a meaningful impact by leading a team, driving operational excellence, and fostering a culture of safety, quality, and continuous improvement. Key Responsibilities: Lead and develop a packaging team to achieve production, quality, safety and compliance targets. Plan and coordinate daily production activities, resources and staffing requirements. Monitor performance and implement improvements to maximise efficiency and output. Ensure full compliance with GMP, Health & Safety and site procedures. Support training, coaching and capability development within the team. Investigate operational issues and implement effective corrective actions. Promote a positive safety culture and continuous improvement mindset. Skills & Experience: Essential Skills Strong planning, organising and workflow management skills. Effective communication and team leadership capability. Experience troubleshooting operational or technical issues. Ability to drive performance and manage change in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Sound knowledge of Health & Safety and quality compliance requirements. Essential Experience Experience working within a manufacturing, pharmaceutical or regulated production environment. Experience supervising or leading a team. Proven ability to deliver results while maintaining high standards of safety, quality and compliance.
