Job Description As a Cleaning Team Leader, you will oversee the provision of cleanliness across the office, assess and develop staff performance to support the Company’s operation in Manchester. The Facilities team delivers immaculate, safe and functional workspaces across all sites to keep daily business running at its best. This role focuses on leading evening cleaning operations, ensuring high standards of cleanliness, and keeping our facilities immaculate for all colleagues. Guiding a dedicated evening team, this position oversees shift productivity, coaches individual performance, and ensures full compliance with Health and Safety standards and COSHH regulations. Working hours are Monday to Friday between 5pm and 11pm.
