Location: London, Bristol, Edinburgh, Hybrid. Find out more about our flexible work culture at computershare.com/flex [https://computershare.com/flex].      We give you a world of potential We're looking for a Domain Architect to define and drive the strategic direction of our Digital Workspace technology domain across the global enterprise. You will be working across our end user computing, communications & collaboration, end user productivity, identity and zero trust access platforms to provide the highest quality working environment for Computershare’s staff and business lines.   You'll play a key role in translating business objectives into technology strategy, establishing architecture standards and governance, and guiding major transformation initiatives. Working closely with business leaders, product teams, and technology stakeholders, you'll ensure our infrastructure capabilities support current business needs while enabling future growth, resilience, and innovation. Other key responsibilities include: • Define and own the technology domain strategy, target architecture, roadmaps, standards, and governance.  • Partner with business and technology stakeholders to align architecture with business objectives and future needs.  • Drive architecture assurance, identify risks and design blockers, and recommend improvements to the technology landscape.  • Own technology asset data to support investment decisions, technical debt reduction, and risk management.  • Lead technology evaluations, establish architecture patterns and guardrails, and develop transition plans from current to future state.  • Contribute to technology budgeting, investment planning, and portfolio delivery across the organisation. What will you bring to the role?   You will bring a strong blend of strategic architecture leadership, deep digital workspace expertise, and stakeholder influence. Other key skills required for the role include: • Extensive experience as a Domain, Enterprise, or Senior Solution Architect, defining digital workplace strategies, roadmaps, standards, and governance.  • Strong track record leading complex transformation programmes within global, regulated organisations, with Financial Services experience preferred.  • Deep expertise in Microsoft Digital Workplace technologies, including Microsoft 365, Entra, Intune, Power Platform, Copilot, VDI (AVD, Windows 365, Citrix), DEX, and Zero Trust (Zscaler) architectures.  • Strong understanding of Microsoft security, compliance and governance frameworks, including Conditional Access, device compliance, information protection and data loss prevention. • Deep expertise in Identity and Access Management (IAM), including Microsoft Entra ID, authentication, federation, privileged access management (PAM), identity governance, lifecycle management and Zero Trust identity principles. • Broad Unified Endpoint Management (UEM) experience across Windows, macOS, mobile devices and multi-platform management tooling  • Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders, present to executive audiences, drive consensus, and mentor teams.  • Relevant technology degree and Enterprise Architecture, Microsoft, Cloud, or Security certifications are desirable   Rewards designed for you Flexible work to help you find the best balance between work and lifestyle Health and wellbeing rewards that can be tailored to support you and your family Invest in our business by setting aside salary to purchase shares in our company, and you’ll receive a company contribution as well.   Extra rewards ranging from recognition awards and team get togethers to helping you invest in your future And more.
