Closing Date: 28th September 2026 Contract Type: Full Time, Permanent  Salary: £43,758-£46,332 per year Hours:  35 per week Location: Brucefield Residential Unit, Stirling We are looking for a motivated and compassionate Senior Residential worker to support the delivery of high-quality, trauma-informed residential childcare. Working alongside the Registered Manager, you will provide leadership, supervision and support to staff, ensuring children and young people receive safe, nurturing and trauma responsive care. About the Role You will: • Support the day-to-day operation of the residential services. • Lead and supervise staff using reflective and strengths-based approaches. • Model trauma-informed, attachment-based and relationship-focused practice. • Ensure care plans and support are centred on the needs, rights and aspirations of young people. • Work with partners, families and professionals to achieve positive outcomes. • Support staff development, induction and continuous learning. • Ensure safeguarding, Care Inspectorate and SSSC standards are met. • Provide management cover when required. • Work across shift pattern to support the needs of the service.
