About You You will be: A GDC-registered dentist with strong clinical experience. Commercially curious, entrepreneurial and motivated by growth. Committed to excellent, patient-centred care. Confident working collaboratively with practice management and support teams. Motivated to develop others and improve how the practice operates. Previous ownership experience is not essential. What matters is your ambition, judgement and willingness to lead.
