Service Controller
• Lead With Impact in a Supportive Team
Due to team changes and continued business demand, we are looking to appoint a Service Controllers to join our Service team.
Location: Thame, Oxfordshire| Department: Service | Full-Time | Salary: £30,000 – 35,000 | Working hours: Monday-Friday 08:00 –17:00, alternating rota for 16:30 and 17:30 finish

We’re looking for a detail-focused, proactive Service Controller to join our high-performing Service department. If you're passionate about delivering results, love coordinating people and processes, and want to grow your career while making a real impact—this is your next move.
What You'll Be Driving:
Delivering the high-quality service we promise our customers
Planning and coordinating engineers for both scheduled and emergency service calls
Acting as the go-to contact between technicians, customers, and internal teams
Minimising open jobs and ensuring timely invoicing once completed
Liaising with third-party suppliers to maintain timely and professional service standards
Collaborating with the Regional Sales Managers on service performance and regional updates
Assisting other Service Controllers and supporting the broader service office as needed
What You Bring:
Administrative experience
Sharp organisational skills and the ability to juggle multiple priorities
A confident communicator who builds strong working relationships with ease
