YOUR MISSIONS
The Senior Workday Consultant works in partnership with our UK and International
clients to deliver robust, scalable solutions for the Workday Absence Management
and Time Tracking (WDTT) modules. This role spans the entire project
lifecycle—from business analysis, design, and configuration to testing,
deployment, and AMS (Application Management Services) support.
As a Senior Consultant, you will also act as a subject matter expert within the
practice, mentoring fellow team members, contributing to our internal knowledge
base, and occasionally supporting pre-sales initiatives.
• Solution Design & Configuration: Lead the end-to-end implementation and
support of Workday Absence Management and Time Tracking components. Build
complex accruals, time entry codes, time calculations, and eligibility rules.
• Business Processes & Security: Configure advanced Business Process (BP)
definitions, condition rules, validation rules, custom notifications, alerts,
worklets, and delegations. Manage Workday security groups and staffing
models.
• Reporting & Analytics: Design complex Workday Custom Reports (Advanced,
Matrix, etc.) utilizing advanced Calculated Fields for precise entitlement
units, leave type segment security, and time-off transfer balance units.
• Integrations & Data: Maintain strong hands-on capability in creating,
launching, and troubleshooting Inbound/Outbound EIBs, web services, and Core
HCM foundational structures.
• Testing & Quality Assurance: Prepare comprehensive test plans and test cases.
Conduct rigorous manual and regression testing for client deployments and
bi-annual Workday Feature Releases to ensure zero production downtime.
• Client Advisory: Partner directly with HR stakeholders and global project
teams to gather complex requirements, translate business needs into technical
specifications, and proactively advise on Workday best practices.
YOUR PROFILE
• Experience: Minimum of 3–5+ years of core HRIS experience, with a proven
track record of successfully delivering and supporting Workday Absence and
Time Tracking projects.
• Expertise: Deep functional and technical knowledge of Workday HCM Core,
Absence Management, and Time Tracking is essential.
• AMS & Implementation: Proven experience handling both net-new implementations
and complex post-go-live support (AMS), including debugging and resolving
high-priority tickets raised by HR users.
• Consulting Skills: Strong client-facing experience in the UK, Ireland, or
global markets. Ability to confidently challenge status-quo processes and
guide clients toward standard Workday functionality.
• Innovation: Up-to-date knowledge of the latest Workday features and the
ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

mandatory.
