Job Description
Location: Ballerup Recreation Area, East Kilbride
Hours: 10.375 hours per week (average hours)
Work Pattern: 4 week shift pattern
Week 1: Saturday 8.am - 2pm
Week 2: Saturday 8am - 2pm, Sunday 8am - 5.30pm
Week 3: Saturday 8am - 2pm, Sunday 5pm - 9.30pm
Week 4: Saturday 8am - 2pm, Sunday 5pm - 9.30pm
Hourly Rate: £13.80 per hour
Duration: Fixed Term until 31 March 2027

South Lanarkshire Leisure and Culture are looking for an enthusiastic and
motivated individual to join the Outdoor Recreation team, based across
facilities in East Kilbride, Hamilton and Blantyre.
Responsibilities will include working between South Lanarkshire Leisure and
Culture facilities, ensuring that cleanliness is of a high standard in both
internal and external areas.
Other duties will consist of equipment set up and derigging, building checks,
cleaning and litter picking, and supporting the team in the maintenance and
health and safety of the Outdoor Recreation facilities.
The successful candidate should be able to work in a flexible and adaptable
manner and ideally will have experience of working in an outdoor environment.
