From historical buildings to state of the art technical and research hubs our mission is to ‘enrich student learning and growth as well as impact our local communities’ and our values drive everything we do.   The Opportunity: An opportunity has arisen for a Commis chef to join the University of Edinburgh’s Conference & Events Catering Department, based at Pollock Hills in the South Hall Kitchen.  We cater for everything from small meetings and private dinners to large, high-profile conferences. We also run an extensive Outside and Delivered Hospitality service, supplying food to over 180 University buildings as well as private and corporate venues across the city.
